Eating healthy can be difficult when you’re busy with class, work, sports and anything else you’ve got on your plate. I’ll be bringing you a healthy, quick and tasty recipe each week to make it just a little bit easier for you. To kick it off, we’re going to go vegetarian with Broccoli Parmesan “Meatballs.”

While your meatballs are baking, you can boil pasta and dress it with a little bit of olive oil and salt.
